This year’s dmexco took place on the 18th and 19th September in Cologne, with the slogan “Turning Visions into Reality”. With a clear focus on marketing, media and technology, the international event provided an ideal platform for about 720 innovative companies to demonstrate their digital solutions practically and precisely.

Whether retail, wholesale or mail order companies, media houses or full-service agencies – the visitors came from various industries and were welcomed for the first time in three halls. Ever since its founding in 2009, the event has been growing steadily: Initially, the event was attended by approximately 12000 visitors, this year the number of attendants doubled and reached 24000 visitors. Thus, the dmexco confirmed once again its status as the leading event for digital industry.

Also the FACT-Finder team was present as an exhibitor. At the exhibition booth we met both existing customers, as well as new interested visitors, to whom we presented amongst others the FACT-Finder 6.9 release, which offers shop owners of e-commerce and multichannel new possibilities for Data Driven Commerce: FACT-Finder connects data streams from different customer touch points and integrates the gathered information in the suggest functionality, in result pages and in the filter feed. This makes it possible to capture customers’ tastes and desires and to deliver them relevant information for their purchases automatically and in real time. The visitors showed great interest in the latest news about FACT-Finder – we are glad that so many guests showed up at our booth.

All in all, the dmexco 2013 was a high quality event, attracting many international guests to Cologne. The FACT-Finder team is certain in one point: At the dmexco 2014, we will be present again. Thank you for the inspiring conversations – we look forward to meeting you next year!
